Delivery vans aren’t really meant to be eye-candy and are usually purpose-serving vehicles that stick to the basic essentials required off a vehicle to be decent enough to stick to the road. Volkswagen however think differently of delivery vans, and this concept van designed in partnership with the German Post Office and the University of Art at Braunschweig is good enough to pretty much match up to most of the concept car designs we come across today. Powered by electricity, the van called the “eT!” also features a joystick-type driving device on the passenger side, just in case the driver of the van tires from the long journey and requires his companion to fill in, or at least that’s what we thought of it!

Featuring electronically-operated doors and claimed to sport a semi-automatic drive feature that enables the van to quickly leave its parking spot and drive up automatically to the delivery person, the electric insides sure could make deliveries a greener affair.
