• Passing Cloud uses balloons for eco-friendly zero-waste trip up above ground

Zeppelins were finally turned away with the dawn of faster means to air-travel. However, given that our environment is in dire need of greener modes to transport, the good old zeppelin might just be resurrected, in a whole new avatar. Called the Passing Cloud, this design by Tiago Barros uses flexible balloons and is shaped like a cloud. With zero waste whatsoever, the Passing Cloud design works well for a green trip through the skies. Also, considering the fact that the balloons could integrate flexible solar panels too, the Passing Cloud could indeed be the most environment friendly way to get around in the sky!
