Green and recyclable, Smart ForTwo made of cardboard

Ever fancied driving around in cardboard before? No, this really isn’t a cardboard box on wheels. It’s Smart’s ForTwo built from high-quality reusable cardboard! Artist Sarah Illenberger came up with this one with help from the guys at CD Cartondruck AG and Smart. The car will be the greenest Smart around, with an interior and exterior made out of recyclable materials. The cute little Smart ForTwo will help prove Smart’s claim to producing recyclable products true. The cardboard Smart will also show up at the Paris Motor Show to be held from September 28 to October 17 and is sure to grab a lot of jaw-dropped eye-popping attention.

To be available in a pixilated camouflage pattern called Eco-Flage, this creation by Sarah Illenberger wrapped in cardboard will sure be a unique example as to just how green a car can get!
