Electric three-wheeled tourist vehicles in Japan

Tourists visiting the ancient cities of Kyoto and Nara have something lovely to look forward to and ride in. we’re talking about the new three wheeled wonders. These vehicles can seat three and remind you of a Japanese fan that are actually doors made of “washi” a traditional Japanese paper, coated with vermilion lacquer. So what have environment lovers to love in this? It’s an EV! The vehicles are powered up using lithium-ion batteries and can be easily recharged using the outlets at home. They can easily touch speeds of 40kmph. Costing around ¥2.30 million, this vehicle will be produced on a built-to-order basis by four small companies, who together came up with this vehicle. The manufacturers are however trying to lower this cost of production to less than ¥1 million. a great boon to tourism, this vehicle is sure to grab hearts and the attention of tourists.
