• Electric stealth patrol scooter for law-keepers by Go-Ped

Now we’re used to watching high-speed cop chases on TV with a bunch of cop-cars following behind a likely suspect with their sirens blaring. Go-Ped however has come up with a stealthy little scooter that could just be the newest mode of transport for our city police. Now it sure would look silly watching a cop on a scooter in your rear view mirror asking you to pull up. Forget the chases; this one’s made for patrolling only. The PPV, or portable patrol vehicle, is powered by green energy, electricity. Using a T2V3 Torkinator motor, this one’s juiced by a one kilowatt lithium battery. With speeds of up to 30 miles an hour and a load carrying capability of 300lb, the scooter boasts a range of 30 miles.

Also featuring a quick snap trunk, this one sure would work better for retail customers. We’d like to see a “civilian” version of this electric contraption too!
