Remember the Brammo Empulse RR electric superbike that we’d got wind off a short while ago? The two-wheeled green monster recently won the Infineon Raceway installment of the TTXGP Formula GP. The race however, compromised of just two entries, the other being the team Moto Electra with rider Thad Wolff, owing to the fact that Lightning Motors and Mission Motors withdrew from the race. The Brammo’s saddled rider, Steve Atlas pushed his machine ahead to cross the checkered flag first. Atlas also pushed ahead to set a new course record for electric bikes at the Infineon Raceway with 1:55.150 on the clock.

It’ll be a while before we have probably Valentino Rossi saddled onto an electric bike, and we’re looking forward to the day the first electric flags of at a MotoGP World Championship!
