BMW i3 all-electric urban car finally unveiled
BMW’s much spoken about and speculated about car, the i3, is finally here. The automobile manufacturer previously unveiled a concept version of the car and has finally unleashed this production model, much to the delight of the world. This all-electric car is the first series-produced model by BMW I, the zero-emission mobility platform. The car sports an electric motor generating a maximum output of 125 kW/170 hp and peak torque of 250 Newton meters (184 lb-ft).
With a range of 130 – 160 kilometers when fully charged from a conventional domestic power socket, the BMW i3 seems like the best way to get around. There are a few who completely disagree with BMW’s design, stating that the car could look better and resembles a boar. That doesn’t stop us from falling in love with this brainchild of BMW however!
