• Volitude V1 bicycle folds up and powers by electricity!

  • Bicycles are indeed one of the best ways to get around town, particularly if you live in a dense urban area where the streets are usually packed with chunks of metal on wheels. In such situations, hopping on a tiny two-wheeler and zipping through traffic is fabulously practical indeed. Which is why, we simply love the Swiss company Volitude SA’s V1 fold-up pedal assisted electric bicycle.

As the name suggests, this one’s foldable and can be carried around and deployed with ease. The bicycle is reminiscent of the foldable Swiss Army Knife and follows a similar design concept and color scheme. Apart from that, the bike includes a 7-speed rear-wheel transmission and a 250 W electric motor with an 11.6 Ah, 36 V lithium-ion battery that provides it with a range of nearly 40 km (25 miles)!
