Macally’s bamboo laptop cooler is environment friendly

No matter how advanced our laptops are today, yet they all have one limitation, that they heat up very soon due to prolonged working hours or so. A laptop cooler is an accessory that helps reduce their operating temperature. Normally used when the laptop’s fan device is unable to sufficiently cool the laptop, a cooling pad may house active or passive cooling methods and rests beneath the laptop. Adding to their list of laptop accessories, Macally has added ECOFAN and ECOFANPRO, that are notebook stands made of light bamboo and have a built-in-USB cooling fan.

The bamboo makes it look very light and classic at the same time. It can support any laptop up to 17”. The ECOFAN model has a fixed positioned stand, while the ECOFANPRO has an adjustable height. Available for $32 and $33 respectively, I like this because it reduces the need to use the laptop in an air-conditioned environment all the time, thus being very environment friendly.
