Ulysse Nardin to launch cell phones using kinetic energy

Constant communication is vital these days and so is the need to be eco-friendly what with the global warming and all that. Hence, it is only natural that people from businesses least expected to sprout out into the open with products very unlike them, it is no big surprise. Swiss watchmaker Ulysse Nardin is coming up with a mobile phone that will run on the same mechanics of a watch – the kinetic energy engine. We don’t know more about this but it seems the launch will be made at Baselworld between March 26 and April 2. Ulysse Nardin has partnered with SCI Innovations and will call the hybrid smart phone Chairman. At least you be sure that it will give the right time if nothing else.
