• Australia’s VICOSC discovers way to print solar cells as easily as money

    Since it’s a very common thing these days and everyone wants to save the earth turning into some Martian holiday spot or the breeding zone for robots, inventors and developers are busy preparing things easy ways to save the environment. Australian scientists at CSIRO’s Victorian Organic Solar Consortium (VICOSC) are trying to print solar cells as easily as money. The researchers have found a way to print organic solar cells onto polymer.


    The VICOSC’s project is for three years and costs Australian $12 million. Once this comes is out in the market it will be a cheap and easy option to install on rooftops or large areas.
