A do-it-yourself solar powered bicycle stereo

Planning a stereo for you bike instead of that old iPod to keep you entertained on your ride? Well, here’s a green way to do just that and it fits in a milk crate too! Taken that you know a bit about working with wood and a soldering machine without injuring yourself, this is a great way to put together a system like this for your bicycle, all by yourself! Creating energy using solar panels to a battery circuit is the main essential of this little project. Besides powering up just your bicycle stereo, you can use this for a number of applications that use a 12v DC.

Also, you will need to set out on a bit of a scavenger hunt for the material required. Soldering up all the bits and pieces, the solar panel, battery, T-Amp, 12V, and the AC/DC wall jack together and squeezing it all into the crate as directed gives you your little bicycle solar powered stereo!
