Houses of Parliament in UK are the least energy efficient

DailyMail reports that the Houses of Parliament loses more heat than Buckingham Palace, the Reichstag, Scottish Parliament and the Welsh Assembly. Based on a scientific report, it is estimated that the heat lose costs the taxpayer £7,191 ($11,700) a year in wasted energy. An infra red image analysis exhibited quantified C02 loss and heat loss through thermal image. On the color spectrum of thermal imaging, dark/navy colors indicate little or no heat loss, bright yellow indicates the most heat loss while red is the middle of the scale.
