A team of private investors has unveiled that they plan to build a solar photovoltaic plant in Washington that would be the largest in the world. The 75 megawatt Teanaway Solar Reserve will be located on 400 acres of private property. The plant would generate enough power for an estimated 45,000 homes. If all goes well, the investors are hoping that the 75 megawatt $100 million Teanaway Solar Reserve will be online by 2011.
