T-Van is the solar powered home-on-wheels of the future
Caravans were bound to get a facelift sooner or later, and Chris and Andrew Johnson have done just that, giving the good old home-on-wheels a much deserved futuristic look with a dash of green! Called the T-Van, this aerodynamically designed caravan concept can have parts of its side pulled out to expand the size of the caravan when stationary, giving it a T-shape from above, also the reason behind its name. Using solar panels propped up on the roof to generate energy from the sun while on the move and when parked, this one seems to be a pretty sustainable way to travelling and living away from the comfort of your home.
Complete with a toilet, water supply, power supply, battery and storage systems, this one’s just what we hoped caravans to turn into, in the future.
