• Toyota unveils electric sports car touching 100km/h in 3.9 seconds

  • 2.jpgToyota took the automotive market by storm with the iconic and beloved Prius, the bestselling hybrid. And now take the green factor to a whole new level, the company’s Toyota Motorsport Germany division has recently unveiled a sports EV that will shoot across the Northern Course of the Nurburgring Circuit in Germany. The two-seater sticks to sports car designing lines and measures 4,190 (L) x 1,785 (W) x 1,070mm (H), weighing in at 970kg with a wheel base of 2,368mm. The car sports an output of 280kW and a maximum torque of 800N•m and sports 5,000rpm, using a 520V lithium ceramic battery.


    Touching speeds of 260km/h, this one takes 3.9 seconds to touch the 100km/h mark, and is sure to revolutionize the world of EVs forever.
