The sun is indeed regaining its power as the lord of mankind. The Scott County Emergency Management Agency has announced a solar powered mobile unit created by Mike Soellner that can be used to help save lives during natural disasters like earthquakes and storms. They explained that this unit is also much more efficient than other help units as this one need is a self supporting source. What happens is, this unit is plugged in, the panels are unfolded and as soon as it is daylight it starts charging. The panels convert the solar energy to electrical energy and the batteries store the energy.

This solar powered unit can be set up inside your house but the cost might give you a small cardiac shock. It costs about $16,000 and profits can be seen in a long term span. If you have the patience and the money, then this is a good idea.
