They say the best way to stay healthy is to lead a healthy life. Easy to say isn’t it, but practically speaking it is tough to implement. It is not only our fault. The world has become too fast and convenient that we just don’t want to do things the hard way anymore. But I guess off lately the trend is changing once again. Riding a bicycle is healthy and also helps the planet stay green. Just imagine just one tool and a lot of advantages. Looks like this is exactly what Mercedes thought when it unveiled its bicycle. This bike is a folding bike and according to Mercedes it is the most compact, sustainable and lightweight urban vehicle ever. The bike when it is folded has 80 x 80 x 35 cm as dimensions which easily fit into most car trunks. If you are in the UK, then this bike will avoid the GBP 8 Congestion Charge. That means this bike will pay off itself in around 6 months. You must be thinking 6 months, well you forgot, it’s a merc and doesn’t come cheap. It costs around GBP 1,099 (US$ 1,770). Too much for bicycle don’t you think?
