• GPS system warns motorists against fuel emissions

Unlike the regular GPS systems, the new Vexia GPS navigation system called ‘Econav’ warns motorists when they exceed speed limits, how much carbon they have emitted and the likes. To give a brief knowledge into what all this system does, I can say that apart from giving the correct directions, Econav navigation systems also warn the drivers when excessive acceleration and braking leads to reduction of fuel efficiency and increase of carbon emissions. The system also provides reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis telling the motorist how much fuel and carbon they have saved. I really like the concept, and am positive it will work successfully among the urban classes who always drive around in their cars.
