• Bamboo-made electric Cronos yacht uses solar energy and wind energy to power up

  • 1.pngDesigners Simone Madella and Lorenzo Berselli have come up with the perfect green vessel. A yacht with an eye-catching design indeed, the Cronos powers up with solar energy. Also, this one’s built green and uses bamboo panels for its body instead of the commonly used industry-standard materials. Also, to make better use of renewable energy, the Cronos yacht also uses wind energy with an incorporated wind belt with strings that generate energy when subjected to winds. The yacht will make use of two electric engines housed in Halite fabric that helps convert 15% of the heat energy into reusable power, making the Cronos an eco-friendly energy-efficient vessel unlike any other.
