• Dew-Drop uses the principal of condensation to make water for plants

  • Dew-Drop.jpg
Condensation is what causes those little droplets of water on our cold soda cans and is the cause of rains. It is a natural process that usually occurs when a parcel of rising air expands and cools. If it cools enough, some of the water vapor molecules clump together faster than they are torn apart from their thermal energy. This forms droplets of water from the air. This principal of condensation has now been put to use to water plants! Water is a valuable resource, and is a source of life. It needs to be used efficiently. For those who love plants and respect the use of water, the Dew Drop is a device designed by Jacky Wu that uses condensation to turn water vapor into water drops to use on plants and foliage. Shaped like a leaf, and green in color, this futuristic looking shiny device needs to be stuck upright into the soil and plugged into the grid. Switch it on and watch the water being made from thin air. Now water your plants simply with the flick of a switch!
