They have unveiled a new compact mobile phone charger prototype dubbed, Orange Power Pump. It is an ideal and portable solution for a grid-free charging. Created by GotWind, this green charger consists of a foot pimp that drives a turbine within the Power Pump. This kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy which in turn can charge our gadgets on the go. The amount of time taken to inflate a pillow can render at least five minutes. Now that's a smart way to provide a green charge for portable gadgets.
